3. User-submitted reports

By submitting a report, you agree that:

• The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience
• You will not submit false, fabricated, or malicious reports intended to harm legitimate businesses or individuals
• You will not include personal information about yourself or third parties (full names, addresses, ID numbers, financial details) in report descriptions
• The report does not violate any applicable law, including defamation laws
• You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and moderate your report as part of the public database

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any report at our sole discretion, including after initial approval.

4. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

• Submit fake or coordinated reports to unfairly target a specific number or business
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any individual
• Scrape or bulk-download data without our written permission
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse protections, or security measures
• Use automated tools to submit reports or votes
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

5. Accuracy and liability disclaimer

Reports are submitted by members of the public and reflect the personal opinions and experiences of those users. We moderate reports for quality but cannot independently verify every claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information found on this site. Do not use this site as the sole basis for legal, financial, or safety decisions.

Risk scores are algorithmically generated estimates and may be inaccurate. A low risk score does not guarantee a number is safe.

6. Reporting incorrect information

7. Intellectual property

You may not reproduce or republish our aggregated data or risk scores without written permission.

8. Termination
